This was my homemade green walnut liquore - called noccino in Italian. Strong, sweet, and a touch of bitterness. No more now until I can get some green walnuts next autumn.

Why buy 2nd rate soup - so easy to make, so cheap to produce. Seasoned with preserved lemon, boullion powder, pepper and salt.

Roast vegetable pizza, and a mozzarella starter. Plenty of red wine consumed. Good as ever but are the pizze getting smaller?

Made this bread on 28th December
http://moblog.net/view/918169/sourdough-loaf Rye sourdough starter with wheat flour. It is still soft and not covered with fungus. I'm amazed.
Made a big pie like a calzone with some left over pizza dough. Filled with tofu and mushrooms.
