CAMP

(viewed 175 times)
ing.
We've had a week of it so far - camping on my friend's farm about 6 miles away from home in a lovely remote spot right next to one of Pembrokeshire's very best beaches, Broad Haven. It's been fantastic. No interweb or even those telephones you can carry around, just spring water from a tap and weeing behind the tent. Delicious.

DONKEY?

(viewed 242 times)
We?re going camping soon, and I needed something to carry the tent and
related PARAphernalia. Look what the bike shop had hidden out the back!

DAY 3 FARNHAM TO LONDON

(viewed 192 times)
Big Thanks to Hari and Minkey for providing me with food, a hot shower, cold
Peroni, a comfy bed and maps! I left them packing for France on a sunny
morning and headed up towards Chertsey to rejoin Route 4 into London. My
journey caused me to ponder on the SPORTS of Golf and Fishing. Neither are
physically demanding, and both seem to be practiced by fat smokers. Sport
for All.

THE WILTSHIRE CYCLEWAY

(viewed 167 times)
From Devizes, NCN Route 4 veers away from the towpath and out onto Quiet
Lanes. Very lovely, very picturesque, very frustrating. You can?t get a
momentum going. As soon as you?re up to speed there?s another T junction.
You travel in every direction but forwards. Nice if you have nowhere to go.

ODYSSEY 4

(viewed 161 times)
Some miscellaneous images.
A rainbow over Cardiff seemed to bode well for the rest of the day.
The Sustrans Office in Bristol.
Hiding from the rain beneath Bath.
I offered to race a narrowboat up the locks, but go no takers.
