A bit hard to explain without seeing someone do it, but this title is how some non-ravers poked fun at the way ravers danced to music. They said their hand gestures mimicked showing "Big Fish, Little Fish, Cardboard Box". You'd have to see it to know what I mean: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DanCLn1vZT8 (poor example)
